Heat Sensations

Hi all!

I wondered if any of you get random feelings of heat sensations on the bottom and or sides of your feet? It's very strange!

I have heat sensations in my back and abdomen. It's awful

I had this but not to do with menopause but vit b12 deficiency in end!

Really?? I keep wondering if it's some type of deficiency. Where did you feel it and was it burning? TIA

Yes I used to take b12 regularly. I need to start back because I didn't have this before when I was taking it.

My feet felt like they were on fire especially at night but it stopped when I found I had a b12 deficiency and am guessing it was the b12 as stopped when I started taking supplements. I'm still on low side but lots higher

Glad you feel better. Mine is burning in my back & sides.
