How are u all coping in the heat with your anxiety I struggle more

I struggle a lot more, especially in the morning, I seem to wake up in a panic and at like 5am annoyingly!

I keep getting hot flushes, shakes, dizziness and a huge headache afterwards. I feel a lot calmer when it's cold!

I suffer every summer! I hate the heat! The zoloft I take makes the heat unbearable! I sweat so bad and it's so embarrassing. I suffer from depression and extreme anxiety until October. I'm sorry for everyone who is on antidepressants or suffer with anxiety during the heat. I live in Florida and it's so hot. If anyone has any tricks other than moving to Alaska that would help its greatly appreciated. Good luck everyone!.

I hate the heat yes it’s make me a lot more anxious and so tired  I feel for any one who can’t cope in this heat

Me too I much prefer the winter I suffer really bad in this weather

I’ve been feeling as if I’m struggling to breath.. I went to the hospital they said I’m okay! Dealing with any of this? Feeling like there is a lump in throat?

I stay inside in the air conditioning whenever possible. My wife likes heat, me-not so much.

I think my medication-Paxil-makes me sweat more. Also, I had hepatitis when I was in my 20's and it screwed-up my body's temperature regulation. I don't handle heat as well as I used to.

Incidentally, I'm in the Midwest United States and it's in the mid 90's Farenheit (about 35 C) here this week. Where are you? I was watching the World Cup and they mentioned it was near 100 F (38 C) in Russia! Seems like the whole northern hemisphere is hot this summer.

I have always been a late Autumn guy. When the leaves start to turn color and the cool weather kills off the mosquitoes and gnats. Late October/early November is my time of year! You can have the summer.

I def struggle in summer I hate the heat the brightness gives me funny visions and I feel I can't breath as well

Yes! It's too warm I hate it!! 😣 been so anxious and all sorts. I miss the cold !! Keeps me chilling lol
