heatwave and atrial fibrillation

Hi fellow  sufferers just wondering  how you are coping in this awful  heat. Any comments  would be much appreciated  .April

Loving it.

Despite the breathless feelings I'd rather be breathless in the high 20s and glorious sunshine than in low teens and grey drizzle.

Remain hydrated, remember the factor 30 and don't over exert yourself. What's not to like?

People pay good money to go to hotter places than this on holiday but the media try to whip up a frenzy when British services can't cope.

Any stress can make things worse, so just try to take it easy.

My wife had a Physio appointment this afternoon. We took a taxi so she was not overheated on arrival.

We melted waling home although it was only 81F compared to yesterdays 86F in East Sussex.

Hello April,

I find it exhausting but I love the sunshine and so not complaining.   Just try to enjoy it and relax more if you can.

Kind regards,

Kathleen

What is this Fahrenheit of which you speak?

Hello Kathleen. Thank you for your reply yes I am a very anxious person am trying to relax  not easy .regards April

Thanks for reply trying to relax but not easy regards April

Im having more episodes than normal. Im taking a rehydration sachet mid afternoon is helping - keeps my salts balanced better. Water alone isnt doing the job for me.

What a good idea many thanks for that will  give it a try regards April
