ok ladies, i that we all heard of heavy tired legs but anyones else notice their arms look and feel bigger? is it only me? i swear my arms look like tree trunks and my legs look great.
That was me last yr. My arms felt heavy. As far as bigger yes. But my lipo procedure handled that.
YES.. My arms look so big and it’s not muscle.. There’s more jiggly to them. I try to do push-ups and planks but I need something else.. Like someone else said ‘lipo’.I have some hand weights that I should use too..
