I also get really bad eye floaters too they get worse when I look out the window or at the sky, anyone else experience this?
Hi Rachel,
There are many reasons for these symptoms. It could arise from increased blood pressure or intra ocular pressure. Labyrinthitis can also produce ear related symptoms. Few patients having migraine disorder present with this phenomenon. Please do not ignore these symptoms and rule out probable reasons. Once you remove the cause, you will feel better.
I get this from anxiety x
Hi caren, I've had countless bloods done and I've explained all to my doctor and it's all anxiety my gp thinks but it's just so annoying😞x

hey rachel! id like to tell you that i have dealt with similar things and that the eye floters and vision problems are due from collegan breakdown its nothing dangerous and is due from chronic stress which turns into increased cortisol which turns into decreased collagen breakdown which equals eye floaters....as long as your vision is normal when not having anxiety then i wouldnt worry about it....it could possibly be a thyroid problem though are you experencing extreme fatigue or any other symptoms?
Yes
Hi Rachel,
If you are done with all inquiries and final diagnosis concluded is Anxiety then you just need to concentrate on your mind relaxation techniques. I know it is difficult to start with but you have to train your mind. The complaints you mentioned are usually precipitated when there is emotional excitement. I would suggest you to retrospect yourself when you experience this entire phenomenon. Whenever you will have these symptoms, try to calm down yourself by deep breathing, listening music, meditation or involving yourself in an activity you like. Once this transient phase goes you will escape these complaints. Assure yourself that you don’t have any physical illness and perfectly alright.
I'm a 16 year old girl currently doing gcses and I've been having the same things everyday for the past 2 weeks. I've had bad headaches, really heay head, can barely keep my eyes open, fatigue and neck pain. I haven't been doctors but I'm worried it's something serious my parents keep saying it's exam stress, please help
Hi Rachel, it seems like it's been awhile since your last post but I'm wondering if you're still feeling these symptoms?? Iv'e been feeling head pressure and slight ear pressure for over 3 weeks now and it has been a nightmare for me. I went to the ER a couple of times and they diagnosed me with tension headaches. I do have a history of anxiety but I must say that I've never experienced such discomfort. I had CT of my brain done which came back normal as well, blood work too and that came back normal as well. I'm currenty taking antibiotics because I iwas told that I ihave fluid in my ears but the antibiotics are not helping at all. I guess I'm not convinced that anxiety is causing these symptoms. Normally, during my anxiety attacks I experience heart palpitaions, hot flashes and shortness of breath and it lasts only like 15 minutes or s,o but this head pressure is ongoing all day nonstop. It maes me feel like I'm going to pass out but I know I'm not. I 'm just wondering if you found resolution to your problem??
Hope you're well!
I'm experiencing the same symptoms. I've been to the ER and my GP and I get different diagnosis each time. Mean while it's getting worse. I haven't had a CT scan done and would like to have one done. Any suggestions on how to get my GP to recommend a CT?
First off be very sure to drink at least 8 full glass of water, you can add lemon and limes to it for flavor. Its a sign of dehydration and changing blood pressures.extreme anxiety can and does cause this. Secondly lower your salt intake, it retains water and raises blood pressure and forms bloating. If you can force yourself to excersise 20 minutes a day it will be a great help to you it moves everything around insode and gets the circulation moving and lymphs to function better. Its side effect is it will raise the good hormones in your body and give tou some relief. Diet plays a big huge role so eat healthy because adrenaline rushes drain the body of vitamins and hutrients. Cbt, eft, meditation and midnfullness are helpful. Mindfullness is extremly useful because for two minutes you get to just slowly belly breathe and not allow any thoughts at all into your mind. It is bearable for two minutes and it feels good. If your surronding are cluttered, declutter it, its just helps you to relax. This will pass! You must believe that because it does pass. You have to learn to accept the sciencetific fact that adrenaline rushes causes all weird symptoms, its tough on the body to rip through fight or flight responses and the body gets really tired. Take vitamin D, vitamin c and a b complex so at the very least your body has the nutrients it needs to function. I know how you feel and it sucks but it does pass. Download an audiobook on cbt for anxiety, or you can heal your life book its comforting to listen too. The most counter productive thing you can possibly do is nothing and lay around and research on the internet. Instead research cbt, eft and meditatiins and audiobooks on breathing, anxiety, clean eating. Pinterest is a fantastic place to search anxiety it tends to be more positive. Good luck and feel well. Take one day at a time.
I had symptoms like this and it was a sinus infection, it felt like your head wants to explode, heavy eyes, painful neck etc, just a thought it could be that. I even had a sharp pain on the top of the head and thought it was a tumor! Going from hot to cold air can cause pain too
Good evening, rachel:
I am sorry that you going through all that. I am experiencing similar symptoms, though not as bad. I think it does have to do with stress, and also what you drink or eat. Try a tall glass of water in the mornings with half a lemon; it will help reenergize you. Also, pray to God the father in the name of Jesus, and he will comfort you. I am a Christian, and I depend totally on God for everything going on in my life, bad or good. Try to rest in the Lord; he will comfort you and give you peace. Talk to Him as you would speak to your closest relative or loved one or greatest friend; pour your heart out to God; and cry if you need to; eventually, He will come to your rescue right on time. A friend in Christ,
