I recently had a revision ankle fusion. Fingers crossed it seems to be consolidating.
However I had my cast removed 9 days ago. on removal I found the cast had rubbed the base of my heel and it was red raw. I am still experiencing a lot of pain even though the skin is healing. (I am now walking in an aircast boot) Has anyone else had this problem and any advice?
