I'm 16 years old and my height has 5 feet. The increase in my height in the last is barely 2 inches. I don't know why it has stuck. Where the hell is going the protein that i am eating.
Can anybody here help me?
It probably has more to do with genetics than protein

How tall are/were your grandparents/parents?
You have about another 2-3 years of growth to go. My parents and grandparents were all about 5'4", I am 5'6",my son took after my wife's side and he is about 5'10", but, he shot away in his last 18 months of growth. We are what we are.
