ive been tested multiple times for std’s and always came up clear beside’s herpes 1 or 2 ! but i have reoccuring symptoms that include - tongue/palette/ under nose ,inflammation and sore’s . urethra discharge/inflammation. yellowing on sides of eyeball. confusion/severe anxiety. bone aches mostly in my right shouler and right arm and dull stomach/chest pain ! i dont have a std but what can it be that mimicks a std ? and is there another option or doctor i can see that can help me being that ive tried many doctors and specialist with no results ! or can herpes be so severe that im feeling all these symptoms ? any advice would help being that i constantly feel sick and just want to feel better ! i appreciate any help thank you !
ive been told herpes can affect your immune system as it is a virus, so it could be somewhat due to herpes? hope you feel better soon !!

Perhaps herpes, but I would be more concerned about the little black spots around you anus. They need to be checked because they might be the early stage of genital warts, believe me (specially the one on the bottom of the first picture). Visit a Dr. as soon as possible.
