I hadn't posted anything in a while, I have been really busy with family issues and my studies.
Yesterday I was 16 weeks from my right hip replacement... I am still attending physio and she is really happy with my progress. In two weeks time I am going to do hypnotherapy so hopefully that goes well. I am back to see my doctor in January to talk about my other hip!! Hopefully I get it done next June.
At this moment I am getting pain in my knee and elbow, my elbow is under investigation.
So happy that things are progressing so well for you! Hopefully that knee and elbow situation will be nothing serious and they can schedule your other hip surgery.
I assume you mean hydrotherapy? I'm due to start that next week provided the scar gets the all clear on Wednesday. Looking forward to it, as I love water anyway.
I hope there's no big issue with the knee and elbow. I have had some elbow problems due to the crutches (been on them six months now,) and had to have additional physio for that. Maybe it's something similar? We put a lot of pressure on elbows and knees with crutches and sticks, and with walking " gingerly".
Sorry I hadn't got back I've had a lot going on, had family deaths and exams. Which I have just found out I've passed dementia and first aid.
I meant hypnotherapy which means going to a pool and doing some exercises in the pool, I have a appointment next week to talk about it and to talk about my goals.
I am hoping it's not what I already have as I have an illness which make me to get a hip replacement. Just have to wait and see.
