Hello guys ive had this white patch for about 3 weeks. Can anyone please help me?

I would like to start off by saying....any help would be greatly appreciated from anyone with experience in this! it is really bothering me. I work 7 days a week i also live in a very small town. I am a 33 year old male...I havent had sex in the last 2 years yet I woke up with this mark on my foreskin about 3 weeks ago. I have 0 Pains or any kind of sensation on it what so ever. Im thinking it could be a few things... 1. Wiped my penis with a dirty cloth after masterbation 2. The heater is circulated very poorly where i live...my room becomes a heater in the middle of my sleep. i become very sweaty at times. 3. Poor hygiene as of latley due to stress and long days.!

Is there any remedy i can maybe try before driving out to the city?

Hi you should have it checked with your doctor it could be Vitiligo or lichen sclerosus. they may refer you to a dermatologist so it’s best to have it checked.

Jason, I agree with Ivan here, this is likely to be either a condition such as Vitiligo, or simply pigmentation change which is very common on both male and female genitals. Again, a Dermatologist may have to diagnose what is actually happening.
You mention other things that are a potential contributor to what is going on - or otherwise, you certainly need to address them as these could cause additional issues for your penile skin at some point in the future.
So, try to control the sweat to prevent your genital and groin region from becoming saturated in sweat - think about what you have on during sleep - if anything, and the bedding, are there sheets and other bedding that simply add to you getting too hot. Think of ways to address these so that an appropriate temperature is better maintained when you are asleep - such as adjusting the heating temperature to a point where you are simply not cold, but not too hot either. or partly open a window, if this is something practical to do, and so on.
With the hygiene, again think of the practicalities - after you masturbate you need to do a fully hygienic clean up. Start with things like fresh tissues or paper kitchen towel / roll - I keep small face cloths for this purpose ONLY - use as PART of the clean up process and make sure you wash them every day or two. Once you have wiped go wash and unsure to fully dry afterwards.
More generally, think of using simple rewards as part of your long days of efforts - part of this could be having a really relaxing shower, see this as ridding yourself of the things from your day that you no longer want to keep, so not only the sweat of your toils, but also the stressful elements, try to imagine these being ‘washed away’ as you shower. Always have a big clean towel to dry yourself with - simple things like this, given the right circumstances, can make you feel much better, sort out your hygiene, AND, help you to be more in the mood for a good nights rest.
So in terms of what you can do: plan ahead, make changes until you find what works in terms of controlling sweat. Buy things like paper tissues to have on hand, a pack of small face cloths can be really useful, as long as you pop them in the washing machine regularly. Have a shower gel that not only gets you clean, but smells good and makes your skin feel refreshed. Treat yourself to a towel or two to use after showering - with a little clarity of thought you can make small changes that actually add-up to making things a whole lot better for yourself …
