What do you mean the head skin (foreskin?) got larger? Can’t tell from the photo there exactly, at least for me. Since there’s no “before” and “after” photos.
You have more/longer foreskin now? the pulling back foreskin the phimosis is worse or things have improved?
Can you expose any of the head of your penis … ? If so, post a photo showing it …
