Hello I'm new here I have had neck and shoulder pain for years

My shoulder was hurt back in 2006 I've had 2 operations on them

and 1 on my neck still have problems, i have a tens unit it is my life saver.

I am happy to hear tens is working for you. I have had similar neck and back problems and have tried tens not working for me.

I am almost better but still thinking of getting a tens unit. Glad to hear it helps
