hi, ladies

ladies menopause cause shortness of the breath. I started 2016 where everything hit and shortness of the breath was one of the symptoms. I have had some many symptoms does menopause really take you through this or it’s something else I hear on here so many ladies going through so many menopause symptoms. is this true that the change really cause all these problems I though it was only hot flash. ladies tell me something please.

Yes! menopause is a beast and it hits some of us worse than others and it’s no fun. I’ve had almost all 66 symptoms +. I too started this mess in 2016 but the last 2 years was horrible . Although some symptoms get better, its usually replaced with another symptom BUT it will get better . Just hang on, Pray and stay busy
