My operated leg is longer too. I will be 4 weeks next Monday.
They mesure my leg after two weeks when my stiches was done. I was told by surgeon not to put anything in to my shoes. My docter told me it will all setle down when i started do my terapie which is 24 of November and I also going see my surgeon same day. I was told my hip ,pelvic is out after surgery and it very brutal operation. Allis cut, nerves and so on. He did insure me all will setle down. I do some excise home and just hope my leg will setle and

it will be okay, madla ...your body needs time to heal from this brutal operation and it will take some time ... not easy for a person that used to be active -are you walking with crutches or no support ? be careful okay --- sending you love and healingrenee

No I said that to my
Physio and he said it does all settle down ... Mine feels longer but I think it may settle to maybe a cm not much . It's very early days yet Madla don't fret xx

Listen to your surgeon...it is a rough surgery. The bit of additional length may simply be swelling .
The worst is behind you. Each day you are closer to becoming pain free and very active once again.
