Hi Kiril, it does sound like your having difficulties with your health anxiety, you've had the tests for everything your fearful of and everything is in tip top condition but I know from the many posts on the forum that this doesn't calm the anxiety.
The black thoughts and fear of dying are symptoms of anxiety and depression, difficulty swallowing is another classic symptom of anxiety.
Have you been to see a dr about your condition and are you taking any medication, you also need some therapy to try and learn how to rationalise your current thoughts.
May be search on the internet about how to deal with health anxiety.
Your not going to die and you can and will overcome this and get better, you need to work at it.

All very common symptoms associated with anxiety disorder. I would see a doctor and get put on meds asap. The meds usually take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to start working once you start taking them. Beta blockers are great and others regulate the serotonin levels in your brain. Only a doctor can figure out what is best for you. Don't waste time, you ruled out everything else, now go get yourself some relief.
Hi Kire,
This does sound like classic anxiety and depression. I can relate to the symptoms you posted about and if it helps I no longer suffer. I have learned to understand it and control it with medication and training really. If you can see a doctor sooner than later that would obviously be beneficial. Assuming this is anxiety and depression (I'm not a doctor) you will be just fine. You will be uncomfortable for a while but you will be fine. When I had the choking symptoms I found that an apple or gummy bear or just something to chew on helped calm my throat restriction temporarily. Of note I smiled at the time to and that increased my nervous energy and was a major contributor to my throat tightness. Didn't find that out until I quit smoking. Dark thoughts (almost as though you see the world in black and white and not colour) can be very dangerous. If these thoughts get any worse you should go to the hospital immediately and explain about potential "suicidal ideology". They can get you into a psychiatrist quickly if this is the case and start your treatment. If you want to get better - you will. All the best!
I know it's hard focusing and you probably don't want to hear this but what is going on with you is quite common with most of us. I am sorry you feel this way. There is relief though. Lots of meds out there to make you feel better. You just have to go and see a doctor and get the right meds that work for you. It's a long road. But you will get through it. Meds and therapy really helped me and just know you are not dying. It's your brain telling you that it is sick. Just like other organs it can be treated and made better. The right doctor will sympathize and get you on the right med doses to help you. There is always the ER option as well. Please know you are not alone and the first step is getting to that doctor so they can do t system and rule out other things first. Then they will concentrate on the anxiety issue and with time and meds you could go back to feeling yourself again. For now you may want to ask the doctor for kalonipin or xanex to help immediately
im just so asshamed..Its so hard...Right now i have sore throat and my skin on the at the neck and lips is like burning , thingling u can image what am i thinking...oh man
You have nothing to be ashamed about. You are sick, just like any other illness. Going to take time to heal. More people have this than you realize but live in fear of what others will think of them. Don't be ashamed. Don't add to your worries. It WILL get better. Count on that.
sounds like a classic anxiety and depression issue.
You're not going to die.
This is difficult to deal with alone so I highly recommend you speak with a counselor Who can help you deal with this. Anxiety and depression can cause negative and fearful thinking. It happens to millions of people so you're definitely not alone. You just need some help managing it.
something that really comes down my mind and body is listening to YouTube meditations for anxiety or depression or sleep etc. many of these teach you how to separate negative thinking from yourself. There is one called clearing subconscious negativity. There are many to choose from. Use earbuds if you have them .
I do these a couple times a day. See if they calm you down .
also when you start to get a negative thought, don't react with anxiety because it will just get worse. There is a technique called mindfulness. That people use all over the world. What you do is, when you get that fearful thoughts, calmly acknowledge it and observe it for a few seconds, then imagine it floating off and dissolving. Do this every time you get a fearful or negative thought. That way your mind will stay calm instead of getting anxious. Keep in mind that our thoughts are not a part of us. Your negative thinking is separate from you because it created by anxiety and it's not real. It's just a fleeting thought. It's not based on reality so you can get rid of them and be the one in control. So when you get those scary fears of cancer or tumor, those are not based on fact. They are something your negative thinking has made up. So you watch it float away and dissolve. This is all talked with the mindfulness approach and they do have a book with that same title that is white with a ball of string on the cover. Definitely worth reading!
One more thing that's important to know is that when you get a negative thought also go right to your breathing and focus on that. This keep you in the present moment away from the negative thinking. Breathe in slowly through your nose and then blow out through your mouth like you're blowing out a candle. Focus on what the air feels like and the sounds it makes like coming in and going out. This keep you in the present moment.
you will be fine hang in there. Don't take life too seriously. ❤️😁
