Try not to panic, these things may not be linked at all. To properly assess things, we would also need some history such as unprotected sexual encounters, when they took place and if possible any additional risk from them.
The tongue spots may just be a harmless viral reaction so I wouldnt get too concerned at this stage! Do any spots appear on your vulva? Any discharge or soreness?
