I had PROTECTED sex with this girl but she was on her period, almost 1 week after i noticed this rash it doesnt hurt or seems to have any texture. feels a little sensitive when i touch. Got a blood test tomorrow but im freaking out, help anyone?

It is more likely linked to you shaving the area - to be sure of what is going on you would need to see a Dermatologist
I agree with this comment, it is likely due to the irritation from shaving. Stop shaving and this will cease to occur.
