hi i've has this issue for a while now and nothing seems to help i've been on steroid creams antifungal and antibiotics could it be eczema? i've had eczema and dry skin my whole life but even if i moisturize it the irritation gets a bit better but the look never changes any help with this would be great i'm just really lost here.
how long you have this look of yours glans? May be if you can how and when this started then folks on this platform could help you.
I’ve had this issue for years at this point very dry skin flaky burns when it gets super dry but it feels like a constantly moisturize and it just dries out super quick again.
should say as well i’ve kinda given up on doctors for this issue because they just throw steroid cream in my face and push me out the door and i’m pretty sure that’s just doing more harm than good
Apart from looking dry it seems like certain pits of skin are absent. The burning sensation is concerning. My guess is some irritation occurred and it healed back to this state.
If you haven’t seen a Dermatologist yet that is an option. But look for one who mentions they are knowledgeable with genitals. Explain to them what you have tried so far. They may take a biopsy. You could even request this. Also if they prescribe you another steroid cream please ensure to follow the full treatment length. Some people have said on this site that they stopped after a few days and wonder why they still have issues when the length was meant to be a few weeks.
