They do look like warts, are they whitish ? cannot really tell if they or if its the flash ? Is the skin growth coming from your vagina entrance or is it on your labia area which i think it is and is a common area where warts do grow.
You need to take a bit closer photo, but even though I agree that these bumps are in a place where warts are commonly found - I don’t agree that they look like warts. Anyway, you should get it checked by a doctor.
