hello i have had these bumps for about a month now and i got tested for chlamydia Trichh and gonococcus and it was negative.. any idea on what this could be and should i be worried it doesnt itch or burn

the 2 bumps near my tip and then the bumps under my foreskin on back.. theres nothing else anywhere

I would say it’s Belanitis. Should clear up with anti fungal ointment.
