is this herpes it appeared a week ago no oozing but stings alot and hasnt healed or changed only one on its own

start off with stinging almost open sore then gone like this for a week and is painfull when weeing doesnt seem to be healing and red around the spot or what ever it is

go get it swabbed for herpes
