I duno what's happening to me!!! I feel like I'm trying crazy I can't control my thoughts now I think Iv got blood poisoning!! My heart actually feels like it's going to stop I don't feeel right!! Am I dying!!! I'm feeling my pulse it seems like it's stopping I'm catching my breath what is this

Your getting yourself worked up hun and having a panic attack, the more you worry and panic the worse you will get, hage you been to the doctors x

I feel so terrible I'm shaking and all sorts can this really be a panic attack my mouth is so dry😭, doctors is shut today

Yeah it is Hun you need to calm down as your just making yourself worse, iv been there and slowly getting better, you should really book yourself a appointment you might need some medication to help you

I'm on propranolol. Was on mirtizapine but I'm under the crisis team and one of the doctors up there told me to stop it and start taking certraline. I duno whats happening to me I feel like I'm going to die any minute this feeling I got inside me is horrible no one im around understands how it feels

I'm on same tablets as you, what's the crisis team? I felt exactly the same michaela it's horrible I still have bad days but the good days weigh out the bad,

I have only took one certraline Im shaking like mad yesterday in my hands and jaw I duno if it's cos I'm swapping tablets! Crisis team is someone who helps you when basically you not in the state of mind , is certraline good?

Yeah they are good hun really have helped me out been on them 4 weeks now, yeah it could be the side effects, aw I see iv just got referred for cbt

Iv just took my setraline tabelt second day I keep getting paranoid that I'm going to have a allergic reaction to them. Why am I shaking and got a dry mouth did u ever that?

I'll be on them 4weeks on Friday. Was doing so well but last few days anxiety and low mood crying is back along with sickness and headaches. I don't know what to think I just pray it goes away. 50mg. Any advise xx

I'm under crisis team and home treatment too. U will b having withdrawal too hun stick it our unless it get far too much x

Yeah I had a dry mouth I only get the shakes if I have a panic attack, side affects I got was headaches, feeling dizzy and tired

Hey Rachel I'm also on 50mg and iv had a few bad days too but seem to feeling better again xx

Yeah I keep getting dry mouth no matter what I drink! I keep shaking its so horrible

Yeah I did too hun but it got better just keep taking them, I was on verge of a breakdown before I took these I used to cry everyday thought I was going to die I had trouble swallowing and like I couldn't get my breath, chest pain and pounding heart x

Yeah I seen a crisis team I was in a state crying. They said they will give me sleeping tabelts don't really want to take them at this age though
