I have had this lump for two months. I am 20 years old and have not had sexual intercourse. I don’t know what it is, every day it burns or itches just by manipulating it. I wish I could control it
It is possible you have an infection of the Meatus, this is the outlet from the Urethra and is causing the swelling you see as a bump. Do you ever have the burning elsewhere such as in the shaft of the penis or bladder which would give you a pain sensation in the area of your stomach?
Sometimes the Meatus simply develops like this, and if this is the case you have something that is irritating it on a regular basis.
This is certainly NOT a skin disorder such as any of the Lichen based condition you are suggesting.

What you need to think about is anything that could be a potential source of irritation, that could be causing the burning sensation.
You must NOT apply anything to the head of your penis such as anything you may use as a lube for masturbation such as baby oil or lotion, skin cream or anything to hydrate your skin.
If you wash the head of your penis with soap and any form of body cleanser such as shower gel STOP using these and simply use warm water.
When any of the skin on the penis is irritated is irritated literally anything can make it worse, so this includes urine, pre-ejaculate and semen.
You need to implement a level of hygiene that excludes these from the area of the bump immediately it appears to reduce further irritation.
So after urinating for example, very carefully wipe the area with a clean tissue, then wash with the water only and carefully pat it dry with a towel that ONLY you use.
This should help the burning sensation to fade within 3 weeks - if it does not, or symptoms worsen you need to get a doctor to check whether you have an infection.
