there are not any symptoms it doesnt hurt at all just a little tender when i touch it . i circled the bump . its under my skin

your symptom seems to be hair folliculitis because the circled bump doesn’t look like herpes. Generally, hair folliculitis can be gone away on a week. You need to keep it clean and dry, wear loose clothing to avoid irritation when you move. But if the bump doesn’t clear up and goes with another symptom, you should see your doctor to check
