I started feeling a burning sensation down there and when i checked this is what i saw. i also have been experiencing discharge that looks almost like mucus (yellow greenish and snotty like) sometimes has spot of blood in it as well. it burns very bad to pee, wipe, pretty much rub against this area too much. can someone please help me figure out what is causing this and how i can help it! After doing a little research my symptoms look a hot like it could be a herpes outbreak! but im just not sure someone please help me
I’m so sorry but that 100% looks like a classic hsv outbreak please go to urgent care or see your gyno asap prayers for you. 
Also if it hurts to pee try peeing in the shower or if your out and about bring a water bottle so you can pour it on you while you pee, dont wipe just pat and wear cotton underwear. Ive also read from others that baths help a lot. I know this is scary but the sooner you go in to the doctors the better.
