i started using genital wart treatment, prior to this it was not itchy and now its itching like crazy and i have swelling inbetween my vagina and anus.
I have completed an STI test and waiting results, its so depressing having this and not knowing what it is.
any help would be great, should i continue with the cream even though I have swelling.

The white spots i am going to do a test on monday for herpies and hpv everything else has come back negative. I have tried a treatment for genital warts and all it did was make it inflamed, sore and itchy
hey girly, i think these are most prob genital warts. i think its advised to not use the at home temedies or creams and its most likely best for you to go your GP or to a sexual health clinic, they will burn/lazer them off for you or orescribe you some cream. maybe check the inside of your vaginal walls and labia as you may have some warts there too. its really common so dont be embaressed x
They look like warts, was the cream prescribed from the doctor? I know that the creams can sometimes cause those kind of side effects because it is essentially trying to kill off the wart. but if its causing too much discomfort theres a few other treatment options that your OBGYN can do for you.
also your doctor can biopsy the bump under local to get you a clear diagnosis. I had some genital bumps that i had biopsied, it was super quick and not too uncomfortable.
so i tested positive for herpies 1 & 2.
