HELP! Could this be VP? Small bumps on inner labia.

i only have one partner. been together almost 5 years. i have tiny little bumps on the inner labia near the vagina. they do not bother me or anything but im scared. idk what it could be or how i got it or even how long theyve been there. please help. i have an appointment with obgyn in 1 week
