This has been happening to me for about 3 years, I cannot get rid of it to save my life, there is no healing to it at all and its gotten worse over the years. I just have to treat my skin with extreme care to manage it. It can itch a lot and its a cycle of itching that comes and goes. My skin peels, flakes, and it turns shiny and tight when its not flaking. Its only in that one area, I also always have flat red spots, they do not hurt unless I itch them until they bleed. Also this started COMPLETELY out of nowhere with extreme itching! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
im not sure what it could be, but i would probably consult a dermatologist
