Hello lovelies. I am 41 and peri but still get regular periods. I have noticed that on my 3 day of cycle my heavy bleeding slows to al.ost nothing and for the whole day I feel dizzy and very anxious. Any of you ladies experience this. I some times get dizzy right before but this is about the 4 or 5th month that on the 3 day everything seems to go bonkers lol. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated
Hi there, I also have my period slow down/stop on day 3 ish/4 and then returns a few days later. As for the dizziness and anxiety, I will have to pay closer attention. I do get this though since I have been in peri but not sure what days it coincides with. I feel like I get it like a few times per month. I am due soon so I will pay closer attention.

Thank you! I use a period tracker so that’s how I noticed the trend and it coincides every month
i cant say my severe dizziness is to do with cycle, as i had a hysterectomy at 29! now 51… but i am so so desperate at the moment… have been for months… most days severe headache, dizziness and balance is so bad, have to hold onto things when standing… the tinnitus is so so severe as well its hard not to actually lose my mind… i feel sick, i literally am blown up, god knows why… just so very worn out with feeling so so very unwell.. i have totally lost myself… much love to all you ladies… xxx
