Maybe some images that are not so close up would be helpful, along with a signposting of what you are concerned about. Is it the left labia minora which is your focus?

It adds to the picture certainly, if you could zoom out, show the general area in clear focus (i know its hard imaging that area yourself) it would be better. I’m able to make out in outline what I think is concerning you, but with the light, its difficult to see clearly…
