white lumps on vulva area bigger than peas and getting bigger, not painful but can be slightly itchy sometimes. looks like herpes but havent been sexually active for a long time. could it be cysts? blocked glands? there was only one two weeks ago and now up to 3 and looks like a third one is starting to form
Hard to tell from this photo, its very low resolution. Any other symptoms? Can you describe the lesions? Herpes can remain dormant for a very long time, so you cannot rule it out.
