HELP! Dome, pimple-like stuff on the underside of the glans on my penis.

The title basically says it, but I am not sexually active, after a few days I just started to notice that on my glans, I've not known whether if I should be worried or not.. Can you help me? Image:

If you're referring to the small bumps just under the ridge, those are pearly penile papules (aka Hirsuties coronae glandis), which are so common, they're almost normal. I wouldn't worry about them if I were you.

Thank you for that, but is it not weird to also have those bumps on the head of my penis? Either that or it just looks like it does in the photo..

It's unusual to see them above the ridge (aka sulcus). I hadn't noticed those, but could you post another pic. I'm not sure they're anything to be worried about, but how long have they been there?

I pretty much only noticed these things two days ago, as I had a "friction burn"? spot on the head of my penis which had me observing the area. I noticed the PPP. Now I've noticed these pigments of red on the head of my penis.. could it be the friction burn still there?

Red pigments shown in the image can be clearly seen at the bottom left to the right of the head.
