Are you sexually active? If so do you use condoms? How frequently do you masturbate? When you do, do you apply anything such as a skin cream, lotion, baby oil or lotion, or an actual lube?
When you say you have been checked twice, what do you mean by this? Checked by who? Was it a visual inspection you had of the issue itself?

Yes, when I say I got checked twice I went to the doctor got it checked got visual Checked they said it’s nothing or that my test came out negative.
So, something is causing the reoccurrence - so for there to be something occurring repeatedly, if it was an external irritant, something in regular contact with the skin, that is, then, what you describe would not seem to fit. I do not think friction would be the cause either.
I am am certainly no Venereologist, but my suspicion would be this is one type of Herpes Virus, again, with my little knowledge, this could potentially be the one that causes sores around the lips every now and again. The majority of STD checks no longer test for either of the Herpes strains unless it is specifically requested as it is so widespread in many populations …
I am guessing it is some months or longer since you wore a condom … ?
