Help for dizzy people

Hello

I have posted several times about an off balance feeling, like the ground is moving sensation. I am what I think is early Peri stage - I have a monthly bleed but no longer regular and lots of other symptoms.

Anyhow, I have started the mini pill which is progesterone only to try and stop my heavy periods but the off balance feeling seems to have gone 😍😍😍😍 Maybe I was lacking progesterone. Worth a try.

Now to get rid of this nausea.

I had that feeling last week....like I was on a ship going over waves.   I am 53 but still haven't officially started menopause.   My doctor said to try Benedryl before bedtime to deal with nausea.  I have been taking it and so far no major episdodes of nausea but maybe just a coincidence.  It causes major drowsiness in the morning even after taking one half of the pill but it subsides after a cup of coffee.

Thanks Louise! Good to know.  I’m a dizzy girl too. Will be back on the original combined BCP I was on for several years...next month.  Tried mini pill for 2 mo.  Then a low dose combined, both didn’t agree. I am wracking my brain as to why.., I read up on this and apparently there are 4 “ generations” of oral pills.  Each generation is made with a different synthetic progesterone.  The others I tried were not the same formula as my old one...probably why they didn’t agree with me.On an AD now, but not helping the dizziness.  Sooo happy things have balanced out for you.  I had terrible nausea on the mini pill too...it will pass... 😀

Yes I was soooooo dizzy and going on hormones took that away so yes ! It’s all hormones readjusting
