help for herpes diagnose with no symptoms

Hello, every one.

I am 28 old man live in japan. but not Japanese.

I want to ask about Herpes and  Herpes diagnose.

First of all, i would like to tell my story.

until 28 years old, i had only sex several times. because I don't know how to talk with girls.

my sex history:

1: until 2015 had two times sex with two girls, with condom, in a brothel/whorehouse

2: 2016, several times  with condom, with only one girl, all of them with condom.

3. July, 2017, with one girl, 2 times with condom, one time without condom, i think she has no disease

4. august 2017, with one girl, 1 time, with condom.

the problem is with last one

5. i met a girl on tinder. two weeks ago. firstly, about one week, i talked with her on Whatsapp, i thought she is very good girl, maybe i was wrong.

i met her 6/25 and had no sex. because we talked don't sex first time .

then, she came to my home and had a food, after that have a kissed and I fingering her. and i got oral sex several times. but the problem is, she also had fingering her self and after that she touched my penis, maybe i touch her genital with penis. maybe one time.

and, three days after, we met again, i went to her house. we also did same thing. but in this time, i touch her genital with my penis one time. only one time.

we slept together. and after we woke up, i was told he has disease, i ask, what kind of disease, she told i have STD, i still didn't know i asked her, she said she has herpes.

i asked google about herpes. but still didn't had good idea. them i came back to home.

i search  about herpes all day. and had some idea about herpes.

i started worrying about herpes. it was Saturday. i could not go to hospital to test because that was weekend. 

I went to hospital at Monday, and give a  blood test.

In this one week, i all days worried about herpes. i watched always my penis. but still no symptoms. when i fingered her, she had no symptoms. and i also didn't have a sex with her. because this reason, i thought i have no herpes.

but i got the result of herpes blood test.

the result was:

positive +32, less then 4

i got only this information. and i was told you have antibodies  when you have symptoms, please go to hospital. i am shocked and confused.

the reason why i am confusing is i got this virus from her or i had already this antibodies. i am so confused. until now, 12 days, no any symptoms.

in this situation, what kind of test should i do? 

with this result, if I get married with any girl, should i tell to her?

Never heard of catching herpes that quick! You prob had it before and didn’t even know. Condoms only protects you from herpes From about 30% not much. A lot of people get herpes n don’t know it because they have no symptoms. You prob never A get herpes outbreak  or could take years. All depends on is the person. Yes you should tell whoever you with you have this virus. Should give the girl an option wether or not she wants to deal with that but if she loves you she would understand n love you for you. Active just use s conform please even if they don’t protects herpes all the way atleast it lowers the risk of transferring it to your partner. But this diseases don’t define you ! I have antibadies means i have virus?

I still dont know it is HSV1 or HSV2.

I heard that 80% people worldwide have antibodies for herpes, in this situation, the result is prove i have a disease/herpes?

How do i know i have HSV1 or HSV2?

Hello, 

Yes you should ALWAYS tell. You have a huge responsibility now. Having this type of responsibility only makes you a stronger person in time, even though its seems unbearable at times it will get easier. Trust me I have been diagnosed for 24 yrs now. The most important thing is to not stress about it because stress causes the majority of flare ups. You also will want to take care of your immune system. Eat well, get plenty of excercise. You should google herpes diet and learn what foods cause herpes diet. I have been in several relationships over the years. Each one I have told. The thing about veing honest is it alleviates the preasure of keeping the secret which can cause more stress and anxiety. There are many people who understand this condition as it is common. Most people have either had it orally or gentility as some point or another in your life. Based off of your test scores ( i am not a doctor) please dont take this as medical advice! It seems you’ve had it for quite some time with unrecognizable symptoms. If you were newly exposed your numbers would have been lower. You can consider suppressive therapy or herbal treatment. You can simply know now if it is an old or recent infection. 

If Ig M test is positive so this is a recent infection. 

If Ig G is positive so it is an old infection. 

You should go and find your test details in order to know it is old or recent. 

Anyway of course now you have herpes and you can give it to your girl anytime. Just be cautious and tell your future girl.

theres different type of test hsv1 hsv2. he should have tested you or both but go bak and retest again and ask him to check for both herpes 1/2 because it could mean you have herpes1 on your genitals. talk to your doctor and either one you have you should tell who you marrying you don't want to start your relationship on a lie
