Hello, I have a question. So I’ve been having this problem with my penis. On February 8th 2020, I was hanging out with a female friend and we had a sexual encounter. But we didn’t perform oral sex or anything (No oral or sexual intercourse was involved). All we did was dry hump with our clothes on. A few days later I felt this tingling feeling on my penis and then some very small bumps appeared on my penis (the bottom shaft, close to the testicles *on the left and right side*). It never gave me any pain but sometimes it itches. Then i went to the hospital and had the doctor to get a good look at it and the doctor didn't mention anything serious with it and suggest that I take STI urine test (I tested negative). It has been going on for 5 weeks now. The small bumps hasn’t got worse over time. It looked the same as before. (No redness, no flu-like symptoms, and no fluid filled bumps).
