yes does look like thrush, you can buy over the counter treatment in most supermarkets for this.

take a probiotic to balance your ph and drink lots of water
the thrush u can use a pessary if u have a discharge usually it looks quite thick and chunky if its just itching some clotrimazole cream from a pharmacy will get rid of it u could use a probiotic for a few months they can be quite costly and dont always work for everyone
