HELP! HPV?!? What is this

I went to get checked a couple of weeks ago for std's and chlamida and everything but HPV. i feel like something is wrong with me. this is what the inside of my vagina looks like when i push out. is this normal? I was told i have BV but thats it

i also have skin tags on my buthole now i thought they were hemmorids that turned to skin tags but now seeing this im scared doesnt hurt, itch or anything
