Help :( I cant tell what this is? Herpes? Friction? Irritation cut?

Ive had some feelings of like itching, but it is not painful. The photo with the white stuff flaked off when I peeled it and then the area was just red. Then today I looked and saw that gash… I am terrified and already have HSV 1 orally so if I get tested I wont be able to tell, and I think it would be too late to swap. Please help

ive also been having things like headaces but i have chronic migraines. i was gonna go get it swabbed todsay but just looked and could not find it anymore
