Help I don’t know if i have herpes or not

I have gotten yeast infections before, bad ones because my skin is sensitive so a lot of thongs trigger an imbalance . recently i moved to a different state for school and my vag hasnt agreed wkth the toilet paper. i have gotten a yeast infection before bc of toilet paper. i was feeling irritation and had think white clumpy discharge which i know is yeast . i know yeast infections can go away on its own so thats what i tried to do and i changed the toilet paper because i didnt want to travel to see my doctor. it got better for a week or so and i started to feel irritation and discharge again and i jist kept ignoring it and then i saw these little spots or patches and im really scared it might be herpes. i got a swab test done in late july and was fine. i havent had any new sex partners only my boyfriend. i hope this is a yeast infection rash due to it being left untreated i dont know. can someone help!!!

Hi, can you post a clearer picture and circle the spots that concern you? It’s very difficult to see.

Hi, thanks for the pictures. The little spots do not look like yeast or irritation symptoms. It’s possible to be herpes. However, the outbreak is so mild. The only way to figure it out would be to have another swab test.

the bottom part is red because i scratched it. yes i know its bad to scratch but i was trying to get my discharged that dried up off and i scraped too hard. but the other spots dont itch, there is no pus and they are not pimple looking. they do not itch or bother me. i just have a lot of white clumpy thick discharge. pleas give me an honest opinion.

hi, experiencing something similar. Had lots of discharge and sores that formed in the area where my discharge tended to pool. My sores have all cleared up but left with the white discharge. I treated it with oral thrush medication today and have been using canesten on the outside to stop itching and it has helped to stop that. keep me updated on your situation!

so you went to the doctors and they treated it with oral thrush nedicine

I treated it myself because by the time i could get to the doctor my sores had healed so a test wouldn’t be accurate anyway. I don’t know whether it was yeast or herpes, did yours resolve??
