So about a year ago i came back from vacation in europe and i started seeing these patches of skin colored dots i dont know what they are and ive never had any type of sexual contact at all, what can they be

They're probably nothing unusual, but you haven't even told us where they are, and it would be difficult to say anything without at least one pic.
