i'm not sure what they are. it hurts when i wash and touch it with bare hands. but it doesn't hurt when i pee. i have this in august and then came back again this month. no sex since march 2020. please help.

i have no medical background id say that looks like herpes HSV2 ring your sexual health clinic now so they can swab it whilst the marks are still there.
