Hi i tested positive for chlamydia September 30 and was given azithromycin for 5 days. after testing positive i didnt have sex. after completing the treatment i got strep throat and took antibiotics for that but did not complete them. after completing the treatment for chlamydia i began to have frequent urination, cloudy urine, white watery discharge, and a stinging sensation when i tried to hold my pee but no pain when i actually peed. i went to the doctor to get tested for a uti and also have another std panel done. i tested negative for the uti, chlamydia, tric, and ghonorrea. i had unprotected sex october 17 with a new partner but the symptoms began before that. i have two lumps under the skin on the mons pubis area in two different locations. they hurt when i push on them and just showed up today. i think theyre cyst but with the frequent urination etc i just want to be cautious. any help on what could be going on?

i actually didnt have any symptoms until after i went to get tested i was just going for my monthly check. after i got tested i started experiencing greenish discharge, the stinging with urination, and pain in my lower abdomen.
