Help! I have bumps, pus, open wounds and pain on my vagina

  First. I got a yeast infection three weeks ago and she did it with over-the-counter Monistat 5 day.  I also douched twice right after the infection cleared. And uses anti itch cream externally on my vagina for 7 days.

 Second. Once the yeast infection cleared I continued to have sex with my boyfriend.  Oral as well as vaginal sex. 

 Third.  One week ago I got a full Brazilian bikini wax.

 Fourth.  The following week, I started to see discharge, they cottage cheese discharge and began to itch  uncontrollably.  So I scratched. And scratched, and scratched, and scratch some more.  Did I mention that I have long pointed nails? 

 Fifth.  It became uncomfortable to walk and I had burning when I peed so I went to see a gynecologist on Friday.  No sex since Thursday night.  Even that was uncomfortable and I worked myself through it. 

 Sixth. The gynecologist said that I have a yeast infection  and the raw appearance and bones or from all of the scratching that I did during  earlier when having my Yeast infection ( as mentioned above ).

 Seventh. I had to go to the ER for something completely unrelated on Saturday and that’s when I noticed that I was having a lot of pain, more difficulty walking and urinating.

Eighth. It looks like small circles all over my vagina that have plus in them and some of the past has burst and leaving opened wounds. The bumps but the pass are all over the outside of my vagina: labia majora and menorah going down tomorrow in our area but not around my rectum  eighth.  Ninth. The pain  has stayed very high and steady even after receiving serious pain medication.  Each time I take pictures I look at the area it looks worse and worse.

Sounds like you have infection with the yeast, both of you should be treated as you can pass it back and fourth, hope you are feeling better soon. Good Luck

It sounds like something more than a yeast infection. You need to have a full range of tests to diagnose this.

It could be a severe yeast infection which has also entered the bladder causing an infection there too. For severe yeast infections the only thing that works for me is 100mg fluconazole (oral tablet) for 7 days.

Hi ivywinter, I know this sound stupid, you could try organic virgin coconut oil apparently it kills yeast, the yeast is probably Candida albicans, put coconut oil on the area you can make coconut oil suppositries, plenty of info online.

Coconut oil does have antifungal and antibacterial properties but I’ve never found it to be a cure for a bad case if thrush. It helps by being soothing.
