hi, I wanted to get your honest opinion on the antiviral medication? if you take valacyclovir or acyvlovir ... im on supressive therapy but still getting outbreaks !

yes, i suffer from a condition that weaken my immune system. but I have noticed that outbreaks occur after my period. does this happen to you?
i dont have herpes. i work in a urologist office and typically when patients continue to get outbreaks its becauase they have a weak immune system so your body is trying to fight off two things at once. are you getting an outbreak every month? do you notice if they are less severe each time? or the same? are you taking medication to help with whatever your condition is that supresses your immune system? sorry so many questions i would just like to try and point you in the right direction to get some relief. my private messages are open as well if you feel more comfortable talking in private.
