I've had this since I was 16, I am now 20 and it does not hurt. I am just wondering if its anything serious?

Also I have had zero sexual contact until 19.

in most cases it is normal to have excess skin looking like that and in all different shapes and lengths. but if you feel insecure about it you can get it remove if you want.
