i kissed my partner and then he performed oral sex on me the day after i then formed a cold sore i had no symptoms of a cold sore i.e. tingling or itching or anything. i have read that it takes around 2-20 days for a cold sore to form so it hasnt come from my partner i have also read you need symptoms for your cold sore to be contagious but i am really worried i might have given myself genital herpes through kissing my partner and the saliva from my mouth. i have read up on it like crazy and i am just so worried i am only young i feel like this will effect my future relationships, its making me incredibly stressed. i have read that you can get tested to early and it wont show up but i feel i might need to speak to the clinic to get tested. i cant tell whether i have fordyce spots as i have noticed i have them on myself before. i also have no symptoms the spots in the images attached aren’t itchy or sore or hurting they are also only visible when i stretch the skin around my vagina. i just really hope someone can help me i am so worried i feel that posting on here will make my anxiety worse.
i have also come on my period today so ive read that fordyce are hormonal maybe thats why they are there but they only turn white/ yellowish when they are stretched. which makes me hopeful they arent herpes.
