Is sudden death syndrome rare? I'm realy worried and suffer from health anxiety
It's only anxiety I suffer health anxiety and I'm obseeed with my heart everyday I think it's my last I get cold feeling in left arm n pains in chest I've had bloods n ecg all fine but I'm stil not convinced it's anxiety

Uhhhh I don't think so.. I too thought I was going to just randomly croak over.. I've been thinking that for 7 months straight and well honey I'm still here lol .. it's just anxiety it makes you think the worst which brings on symptoms which makes you think even more bad things because of your symptoms.. what honestly made me snap out of it was, 1 I got tired of calling the ambulance for them to check my vitals then leave because they had no reason to take me to the hospital when I thought I knew for sure I was dying. And 2 I came to realization that unless your are born with some type of heart disease or something life threatening is diagnosed to you (pretty sure the dr would have told you that if it was) then it's impossible to just have sudden death. Especially in a young or healthy middle aged person. So death is no longer in my head I just cry if my panic attack is too bad or just breathe and tell myself it's anxiety it will pass.crying helps sometimes lol.. but Relaxxxx your fine my love..
