Hi Josh, It doesn’t sound like herpes. However it’s possible they are warts or molluscum contagiosum. They are both contagious virus and can be removed.
They can also be sebaceous cysts but it’s rare to see that many at the same time.
You need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
