They look like vestibular papillomatosis, which is a benign (harmless) type of tumor on the vulva, like moles on the vulva. That is the most likely thing, especially since they are not itchy or painful. Many women have them to a varying degree - I have just a couple of bumps and have had them for many many years. However, if you are worried you should get them checked at a sexual health clinic. There is no treatment because they are harmless, however, i believe some women have them surgically removed for cosmetic reasons.
From WIKIPEDIA: Vestibular papillomatosis (VP) is a cutaneous condition of the vulva, characterized by pink, asymptomatic, fine projections of the vestibular epithelium or labia minora.[1] It is the female equivalent to hirsuties coronae glandis.[2][3] It is often thought to be a human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, but several studies have shown that the condition is not viral and is not a sexually transmitted disease (STD).
Vestibular papillomatosis is not transmittable or pathological. HPV will turn white upon a vinegar application test, and vestibular papillomatosis will not. Additionally, HPV occurs in cauliflower-like clusters at the base, whereas Vestibular papillomatosis does not. It cannot be sexually transmitted. Most women have no symptoms with the growth; however, some report itching, stinging, burning, and pain where the growths appear, and the symptoms are often misdiagnosed as a yeast infection. Like yeast infections, there is discharge associated with vestibular papillomatosis. The condition is sometimes referred to as squamous papillomatosis.
look at google images for vestibular papillomatosis and genital warts and see what most look like you.
It looks like warts??
it could be VP. but see a doctor to check
not to me. warts are like discrete little cauliflowers, vp is a cluster of little fingers. the attached pic is of warts, very different to the way you look.
I’m really shaking I’m scared
thats herpes not warts in the picture you’ve posted.
honestly you need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis. i doubt any of us are trained medical professionals… and even if it is warts. they can be removed. and the body can remove the virus from the body after a couple years. plus lots of people have hpv. and other than the cancer causing strains warts dont dont do any harm other than look horrible .
oops! Well, it looks like VP to me, but like you say, if she is worried, she should get it checked.
The most likely thing is VP. I don’t want to sound harsh but perhaps it is a good thing that you are scared - maybe it will make you more cautious about having unprotected sex again. It’s not nice that feeling, you are currently experiencing is it and so easy to avoid. Lets hope you are one of the lucky ones and just have VP (which it looks like to me).
That doesn’t look like warts.
Most probably it is VP which is more than normal.
What was your sexual exposure?
Don’t take stress, you are alright.
I have the same, did you know now what this is? I am so scared
